Top 5 Fat Loss Tips by => Turbulence Training.com

I have been using Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training Program for some time. I found this recent article he wrote on fat loss for Men’s Fitness Magazine.  Craig knows what it takes to get lean and how to get results; I  believe this  article contains the best fat loss summary advice.
